Tennessee Volunteering and Organizing to Improve Civic Engagement (VOICE) is a Political Action Committee dedicated to fostering active and informed citizenship across the state. Based in Wilson County, we work to empower Tennesseans from all backgrounds to participate meaningfully in our democratic process.

We believe that a thriving democracy depends on the engagement of every citizen. Our mission is to provide resources, training, and opportunities for individuals to become more involved in their communities and government. We strive to create a space for open dialogue and education on critical issues facing our state, encouraging thoughtful participation in elections and policy discussions.

While our values reflect a commitment to progressive ideals, we are fundamentally non-partisan in our approach to civic engagement. We believe that informed participation benefits everyone, regardless of political affiliation. We focus on:

  • Education: Providing access to accurate and unbiased information about elections, policy, and government processes.
  • Volunteerism: Connecting individuals with opportunities to contribute to their communities and support civic initiatives.
  • Organizing: Facilitating community-based efforts to encourage voter registration, participation, and advocacy.
  • Engagement: Creating platforms for respectful dialogue and discussion on important issues.

Our goal is to build a stronger, more engaged Tennessee where every citizen feels empowered to make their voice heard. We invite all Tennesseans who share our commitment to civic participation to join us in this important work.
